The delivery of your package
You will receive your order at home, or if you wish, for extra privacy you can pick it at the MRW agency nearest to your home.
We ship all orders via MRW or Correos. Delivery in 24/48 hours to mainland Spain or 48/72 hours to Portugal, excluding weekends and holidays . For other EU countries the delivery period is 2-6 days.
The delivery time indicated refers to working days and does not begin until your payment is received. If your payment or your order is confirmed before 14:00 pm the day your package leaves the same day, if later, your package will leave 24 hrs. after.
The orders received on Friday after 14:00 H. shall be issued on Monday. Those received Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Orders will only be delivered on weekdays, never on Sundays or holidays. As a general rule, are not distributed Saturday orders. However, if you need to deliver your order on saturday, see special conditions because it carries an additional cost.
Hortensia does not make international orders outside the European Union.
A regular telephone contact should be given to facilitate the delivery and solve any problems quickly. If any information is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible.
In any case, the courier company will contact by telephone to arrange a new delivery in case of absence
Remember, that the delivery address could be a different one than yours. For example, to make a present, tell us in the field reserved that will find to complete your order and we will not add the invoice inside the package.
Costs of Delivery
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and shipping.
For Spain and Portugal mainland shipping costs are included in the price for orders over € 50. For purchases less than 50 € the shipping costs will be of 4.9€, taxes not included.
For EU countries, except Spain and Portugal, shipping costs are € 14.90 including taxes.
If you are not happy with your purchase, return the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, less the delivery costs.
