Shiso (Perilla frutescens): El shiso, también conocido como menta japonesa, es una planta rica en polifenoles (en particular, ácido rosmarínico) y triterpenoides (concretamente, ácido ursólico). Zelens utiliza un extracto obtenido de la hoja de shiso que demuestra excelentes propiedades antioxidantes, antiinflamatorias, antibacterianas y antialérgicas.
