Pestle & Mortar Nimbu Body Lotion is a light yet luxurious ceramide-enriched body lotion formulated with vegan cholesterol, turmeric root extract and niacinamide that hydrates, nourishes, and repairs the skin on the body leaving it soft, smooth and supple.

NIMBU collection is inspired by Indian culture where Nimbu Pani is a citrus-infused water blended with ice, salt, vibrant green leaves of mint, and tempered with honey. This blend of sweet, fresh, salty, and sour is traditionally served in India to refresh the body and invigorate the senses.

The NIMBU Body Lotion includes curcuma root extract and ceramides. Turmeric has a long history in Ayurvedic medicine. In addition to acting as an anti-inflammatory agent, turmeric gives a natural glow and lustre to the skin. Ceramides are fats that make up over 50% of the skin’s natural composition. As we age, the ceramide levels in our skin deplete, leading to dry skin and visible signs of ageing.
