The purchase process through perfumeriahortensia.com, is performed exclusively via Internet, and on our website, following the instructions provided on our website at the moment of purchasing the product:
1. Select the products you need and the respective quantities.

3. Please check your basket. Check that product, quantity and amount are desired.

You can make a transfer to the account 2080-5041-19-3040014006 (Novagalicia BANCO) and send us your proof of the transfer to the mail info@perfumeriahortensia.com to expedite shipping. If within the period of 48 h. the transfer is not made, your order will automatically be deleted.

In perfumeriahortensia.com we present our products with all the necessary information for the user to know all the characteristics of the product before making your purchase. In the case a product is not available, we will contact you via e-mail you have provided us, to inform you and to propose you a change in the product (eg color change), or the delivery time shall be of 7 days or longer.

In perfumeriahortensia.com we indicate the price of all products in Euro including VAT. The price shown does not include other expenses, such as shipping costs, which will be indicated during the checkout process and before making the payment.

Hortensia Perfumery not accept returns except in the case of product defect (factory fault), for obvious reasons of hygiene, according to paragraph 3 of Article 45 of the Retail Trade Act of distance selling.
If your order arrives damaged, or, by mistake, you receive an item you did not order, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product
In the event that the box has appearance of having been manipulated or damaged DO NOT ACCEPT IT.
Both return and delivery costs will be borne by the customer, except in the case of incorrect or defective shipping

The direct costs of the return shall be borne by the customer.

Free in all categories for purchases above 70 € to Spain and Portugal.
Peninsula and Portugal (MRW) 4,90 €. For other EU countries shipping costs will be € 14.90.

Items will be wrapped with plastic / paper backing to preserve its integrity.
We can wrap in gift paper products, simply tick off when ordering.
